OOO "ESTO-EL" Ltd. was founded in 2004. For the last 10 years, company’s leading professional team dedicates its work to development and adoption of inverter-type power sources for electric supply of various technological devices used in vacuum equipment for thin film deposition, functional coating of aeroturbine blades and strengthener coating.
Currently, OOO (LLC) "ESTO-EL" is a team of 12 skilled workers. In the past, most of them worked as developers and adjusters of power supply and control systems for vacuum evaporation equipment, particularly, "Oratoria" series equipment developed by NIITM and "Elion" plant - scientific-research precision engineering centre based in Zelenograd.

The manufacturing of a new multifunctional ion source Inverter of ELI-18/200 type for electric supply of “End Hall” ion sources has been started. In addition to the power supply of main discharge, it has “smart” control system for neutralizer emission, reserve neutralizer control and a double-channel gas flow control subsystem.
